A page of a token’s holders, largest balance first. HTTP: /holders.

total is the token’s holders. next_cursor is null on the last page.

holders.subscribe

The result is the top largest holders, as rows with total. Each push is { "sub", "height", "timestamp_millis", "set", "left" }:

• set: { "<account>": "<balance>" }, the new balances in the top, including accounts that came into it.
• left: accounts that fell out of it.
